Gather with other Christians

Cover of Kruckenberg’s Thought and a Prayer

Today's Devotional

And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near—Hebrews 10:25 (NLT).

Is not the assembling of ourselves together a good and pleasant thing? Christian people are thus knit in one, and are led to feel how many things they have in common—how similar are their wants—how similar the consolation needed; happy, indeed, if led to feel of one heart and soul, united in one holy bond of truth, peace, faith, charity. Lord Jesus, draw us together by drawing us to yourself.
