Oceans of Grace - 1840
Introduction
Robert Murray McCheyne was a nineteenth-century Scottish minister of deep sensibility and powerful prayer. He was deeply involved in a Scottish revival that took place shortly before his premature death. (He was not yet thirty years old when he died in 1843.) He wrote many letters dispensing spiritual advice. Today’s excerpt is taken from one written on this day February 26, 1840 to a Miss Collier.
Quote
“Unfathomable oceans of grace are in Christ for you. Dive and dive again, you will never come to the bottom of these depths.”
