Joe Thomas is the founder of Life Together House, whose mission is to revitalize the church in America in order to speak creatively to a world wide awake. Joe is an historian, author, playwright and mentor. He holds an M.A. from Fuller Seminary and a Ph.D. from Trinity, and he serves as faculty in Christian History at Urbana Theological Seminary and Evangelical Theological Seminary. // Jonathan King has served in a variety of ministry and marketplace environments, and he currently works as a writer for the Cancer Center at Illinois. He holds an M.A. in Religion from Urbana Theological Seminary, where he wrote a thesis on the reception of Dietrich Bonhoeffer in the South African church struggle against apartheid. // This podcast is produced by Life Together House.

As pastor, theologian, and vocal Nazi dissenter, Dietrich Bonhoeffer devoted many years to every possible means of peaceful resistance, but upon his return to Germany after a brief second sojourn in America, Bonhoeffer's energy shifted to the insider Conspiracy to remove Hitler.
